Please look elsewhere. My husband and I have been in our house for one year this September 2018. The quality of the sample is not like the actual product we received. I saw Mountain Lumber's Hickory images on the Houzz website and insisted that we use Mountain Lumber as our hardwood flooring supplier. Samples and customer service were great in the beginning. 1500 sq feet of character grade hickory was orders and 50% deposit sent prior to starting the project for our NEW construction. After deposit was received, an estimated completion date of 3/25/17 was confirmed. March 25th came and went. We contacted Michelle our customer service person and she said there is a delay and will get back with us. On March 30th, she advised the product will be completed on April 12th (we assumed the entire order was shipping). On April 20th we received just under half of our order. Emailed, called again to find out when the rest of our order will arrive. Finally the end of April the balance arrived. The finishing and milling of the lumber was not the same quality as the sample. There are portions of the boards that were not stained at all. The only feature that held true to the sample was the character of the wood. We had no other option but to use the product provided. We have 5 open bundles left, confirming we utilizing the best boards available. The month delay caused us to reschedule our other trades, delaying our closing. The one positive was Mountain Lumber did not charge us for shipping. I spoke to the Accounts Receivable representative regarding the issues above prior to making my second payment. No response received. Please take into consideration.

We have Mountain Lumber's wood throughout our brewery and couldn't be happier with it. The product is extremely high quality and gorgeous. Working with the staff was wonderful. I even had the opportunity to visit the factory and was wildly impressed with the staff's dedication to their craft.
