One lens had popped out when the frame had been significantly distorted, the hinge and earpiece mount were flattened and twisted, and everything appeared to be out of alignment. In about 15 minutes the glasses were returned in ready to wear condition - it was incredible and impressive. This gentleman's expertise and skill set are amazing. Then, to complete this performance, he refused payment saying only "this is what I do." I certainly wish that where I live we had access to such customer service and professionalism; I cannot commend Mowen Opticians highly enough!“
