Our attic fan had been squeaking and finally quit. I put a request out on Yelp and Water Shield was quick to respond and came out quickly. They swapped out the fan and gave me good advice on what thermostat setting to use. I asked them to reseal all the flashing and they also recommended applying spray paint to the hot water heater chimney to prevent it from rusting out. They took photos so I could see before and after which saved me the trouble of climbing up to inspect the work. The worker said our roof had a few years left and gave us a quote on the spot when I asked. They had good customer service, were honest and reputable, and did the work for a fair price. Called them for a minor roof issue (a few shingles came loose). They had someone out within two hours and fixed the next morning (before it rained). Great team. Very responsive. Honest upfront pricing. They’ve become my go to for any roofing issues. This was my second time using them and they’re consistent in everything I said.
