Designers Dawn and Ellen have both been at the shop for over 40 years, and their commitment to customer service and satisfaction is unparalleled. The level of kindness, attention to detail, and beauty in their floral designs is absolutely superlative, making them the best of the best. However, one customer had a disappointing experience when trying to place an order for a casket spray for a funeral. Due to a miscommunication, the order was not processed, and the customer was left without the necessary flowers. Fortunately, the customer was able to reach out to Village Flowers, and they were able to quickly rectify the situation, delivering the casket spray in time. Despite this isolated incident, the majority of customers have had a fantastic experience with Village Flowers. The associates are professional and helpful, and the arrangements are of the highest quality. Many customers have expressed their intention to use Village Flowers again and recommend them to family and friends.

I tried to place an order for a casket spray for my mother's funeral. I put my name as the recipient. About 1.5 hours before the viewing, I received a phone call from the funeral director saying they received 14 orders of flowers but not the casket spray. I called The Warrenton Florist and they said they had no idea about my order. Then they looked into it further and informed me that because I put my name as the recipient that is why they did not produce the order. I did not receive a phone call, I had the date of the funeral correct and I had my mother's name on the card. They would just take the money and not even produce anything or contact anyone. I talked with them again and they thought I had the wrong date and were just going to wait and see. I said can you please make something and get it to the funeral home in time. They said no they completely ran out of flowers!!! SERIOUSLY a florist running out of flowers! The manager called me the next day and was not apologetic at all and me for everything he took no blame and told me if I wanted a refund he could do it the nice way or the hard way. Please be careful working with them. I called Village Flowers and they took charge and they had the casket spray delivered within plenty of time. They were absolutely amazing to work with. I have never written a review about any company before until now. I just don't want other people to go through what I did on the day of my mother's funeral.
Village Flowers knocked it out of the park this week! Two deliveries this week that were awesome!!!
