Glad to have been able to schedule an appointment for the 24th and Justin came out to access our issue and informed me on what happened. I really liked how I received a phone calls to get me updated (due to the holidays there was a delay in the part shipment), email confirmation on my appointment, and getting a photo with name of the tech who is on their way.
