Of the three companies from whom we sought estimates, Peak gave us not only a reasonable price, but Peak was also able to give us a timely work date. Peak employees were always exactly on time with any action (telephone call, computer form, the timely appearance of workers and competent completion of the job. Of all my compliments, I feel that timeliness is the most crucial, attribute for any company doing a service. (If I were extremely wealthy, I could buy many things. We had our 20 year old roof replaced recently by Peak, mainly because their price was way below our other 2 estimates, but also because of their no-nonsense selling process. They didn't waste time explaining why we should hire them, or tempt us with some " limited time " offer. They looked at the roof, we made some small talk, and they said they'd email the quote. The installation went very smooth, the foreperson was professional and knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. A good product sells itself.
