Innovative Physical Therapy & Wellness Studio

I recently moved to the area and had to leave my old physical therapist of 6 years behind in another state. As a cancer survivor that struggles with chronic pain and cancer longterm side effects, physical therapy is very important to my wellness. So far I have been very happy with Innovative Physical Therapy. The staff have all been very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I pinched a nerve in my neck/shoulder which resulted in not being able to raise my left arm past 45*. After about 2 months of therapy I am able to completely raise my arm!! I am not 100% yet, but given the progress in such a short time, I am sure that goal is not far away. Julie and her staff are all very professional, caring, and compassionate about your healing. They are always trying new exercises or stretches in an effort to get you to your goal, and are excited for every improvement, no matter how small. I wished I found them sooner!

Julie Royal has built a thoughtful, kind and expert team. I have been a couple of times for rehabilitation of rotator cuffs in both shoulders, and for recovery after brain surgery, conditions that ranged from chronic to acute. Julie's expertise in Myofascial Release as well as whole body mechanics makes the key difference in re-gaining my movement, strength and balance amazingly quickly after surgery! They provide take-home exercises to do so I can continue at home. The office and treatment rooms are beautiful and peacefully decorated, with encouraging sayings posted.
