“I tried to place an order for a casket spray for my mother's funeral. I put my name as the recipient. About 1.5 hours before the viewing, I received a phone call from the funeral director saying they received 14 orders of flowers but not the casket spray. I called The Warrenton Florist and they said they had no idea about my order. Then they looked into it further and informed me that because I put my name as the recipient that is why they did not produce the order. I did not receive a phone call, I had the date of the funeral correct and I had my mother's name on the card. They would just take the money and not even produce anything or contact anyone. I talked with them again and they thought I had the wrong date and were just going to wait and see. I said can you please make something and get it to the funeral home in time. They said no they completely ran out of flowers!!! SERIOUSLY a florist running out of flowers! The manager called me the next day and was not apologetic at all and me for everything he took no blame and told me if I wanted a refund he could do it the nice way or the hard way. Please be careful working with them. I called Village Flowers and they took charge and they had the casket spray delivered within plenty of time. They were absolutely amazing to work with.
I have never written a review about any company before until now. I just don't want other people to go through what I did on the day of my mother's funeral.“
