On 11 January, our generator was serviced by Mr. Thomas Spencer from the F.H. Furr electrical department. He arrived on schedule, and we were delighted because he had previously serviced our generator. So we were already accustomed to his exceptional performance, customer service, expertise, and professionalism. He asked some functional questions, then proceeded to tell me what the service would entail. He serviced and tested the generator in a systematic and organized manner. Anthony B. was my plumber. I want to compliment and thank him for the time that he took to do an excellent job. He was taking care of a main line issue. He cleared the line but then waited to make sure that it was actually clear while I ran water from different areas of my home. After about 15 minutes, I think it was, it clogged again and so he began working on it again. I'm so grateful that he stuck with the job until he was absolutely sure that he the line was clear. He stayed with the job for quite a while after that and it was a very hot day too - working outside and making sure that the issue was fully resolved before he left.
