My experience here was incredible!!!!! My cousin and I went to get our nails done here, with high hopes because of the great reviews. This place DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!!! We showed example photos, and the nails came out so much better than we ever expected! It did not hurt, the employees were extremely friendly, and overall an amazing experience! 11/10 recommend coming here!
I've been coming here for a few years now and honestly the quality went sooo far downhill. Before covid I felt like this place was the best deal and good quality. Now every time I go I leave unhappy and can't believe any owner would be happy to let a customer walk out of this place with nails so flawed and unprofessional. My last set of gel chipped after 3 days. My pedicure was rough looking in general like a toddler had done it. And like someone else said, I've been cut and started bleeding with not even a "sorry". I have been using this place for almost a year. let me say if you find a nail technician who does the job keep them. My person is out on vacay and I chose to make an appointment with anyone and that's a hard NO! Not everyone here can do a nice job. I expect they all can do the same but after an hour and making an appointment letting them know I'm on a lunch break I got the worst nails ever from this place!! I am so unhappy and won't go back till my noonail technician gets back!! so DISSATISFIED! I work hard for my money! I will be looking to go elsewhere!!
