We called Appelton Campbell over the weekend with at AC issue, they arrived today (2Oct2024) on time. Our Technician Kevin was professional, polite and he immediately diagnosed, and repaired our issue. He also looked at our forced air heating unit and found a faulty capacitor which was replaced. He also explained all the services offered by Appelton Campbell which will be helpful going forward. It was a pleasure to work with Kevin and he is to be congratulated for his knowledge and help. we will be using Appleton Campbell in the future.

We just moved to Culpeper after the purchase of a home that is approximately 20 years old. Though the normal inspection turned out ok, we wanted to have all of our current systems assessed. I contacted Appleton-Campbell about a few electrical outlets that were not working as well as for an inspection of the HVAC system. Customer service contacted me within an hour of making an online request, scheduled a next-day visit, kept me abreast via text and email of the technician expert's arrival time, and provided me with the picture of the technician, a contact phone number and a tracking link so I would know when they were arriving.
