It's a sketchy scenario, building/office suite has no signage...addresses don't line-up with google, and no of the staff you speak with on the phone other than Mr.Ashby are actually in the office or this area for that matter...beware with whom you trust your money.

I have been looking for an accountant that is both local and can do our 501c3 filing requirements. I made an appointment with Cathy Howard Associates LLC in Warrenton VA and communicated with her via email, setting up an appointment for 3pm yesterday. I should have known that something was up when it took her more than a week to respond to my initial email. If I were more on the ball, I would have understood this to mean that she does not want or need my business. Anyway, I showed up at 3pm for my appointment to find an empty office. The receptionist said that she had not seen her all day. I guess she really does not want my business. Will she want yours?

Not only was Mr. Kyhl prompt in his preparation of my taxes but he was kind and extremely polite. I so appreciate small business owners that show attention to detail and care for their clients, just as Mr. Kyhl did. I plan to continue using his services each year for my tax preparation.
