After a Mast Cell/Basophilia attack, this new "NURSE" refused a current patient a blood test ordered by an ONCOLOGIST thru Sentara. The NURSE was late to work, with an excuse of a traffic jam in Waverly, Va, and refused to honor that Drs order, which both my husband and I both used for labs. We had great service with Valerie Herbert, but this 36 year old "kid" is not geriatric friendly when trying to catch an autoimmune disease for over a year with 4 other specialists(REAL doctors). I ended up in a histamine intolerance reaction, almost anaphylaxis, in the ER. We both fired this woman right there. Wakefield PT has the most engaging and lively staff no matter what hour of the day! From Emily as you walk in the door to Tina, Monquisha, and Charis in the PT area, you receive personal attention and thoughtful care. The staff remember who you are, genuinely care about your well-being, and cheer you on to succeed during your PT journey. I highly recommend!

My experience has been very positive from Day One. All of the personnel sought to make me feel comfortable and at ease, encouraging me to work at my own ability level. They are attentive and thorough. This is a good place!
