I enjoyed the warm yoga class. Great activity for connecting with your friend / family. I would recommend warm yoga for beginners because it had a good pace and not crazy hot . The cold towel at the end was everything !
I came for my first hot yoga session ever at their Friday happy hour hot yoga. I stayed for the $49 new member deal. I absolutely love this new addition to my movement practice. Special thanks to Jude Levy for being especially awesome. The staff and instructors here are amazing.
I've started my yoga journey with Zen since 2017 and have loved every second of it. I particularly do a lot of hot yoga, but they have a variety of classes to choose from. It's worth to try each one! The teachers are great, but of course I have a few (3?) personal favorites that are simply amazing! The yoga room is just perfect, calming and has a peaceful atmosphere. The whole studio had been renovated a few months ago and it is fabulous! I love the soothing wall color. And the radiant Nicki smile that greets you when you come in is absolutely a bonus.?❤️
