He then prepares a detailed work order including the material needed to complete the job, the amount of time to complete the job, and the cost.Over the years, Mr. Dodd has replaced an entire HVAC system in an older house we owned, completed a tune-up on an existing system (several times), replaced just a part of an HVAC system rather than the whole system, and this week, replaced a gas hot water heater for our home.Several years ago, Mr. Dodd hired his grandson as an assistant. The two work as a great team. “Jim and his son came out and saved me a bunch of money. A1 sewer and drain said I had collapsed pipe in slab and wanted to charge 5k+ for repair. Jim ran a snake through the pipe and was able to solve the sewer smell issue I was having. Very friendly guy too, I would recommend and use them for my plumbing needs.“

“I had a kitchen sink draining very slowly/backed up that I had tried to snake myself with no luck. I contacted Bay Breeze late on a Wednesday night and they messaged me back saying they could be out Friday afternoon. I had told initially them it wasn't an emergency, but the backup got worse later, and I asked if they could make it out to me the next day. They said they would try to do so, and they DID. The tech who was helping me was Justin and this guy is the best. He called me multiple times to update me on arrival time and was just super friendly and professional. He had my issue resolved in about an hour. While telling Justin that I was so happy to find a plumber that I could trust, he spoke highly of Robin, the owner and of the company. This is rare. I am grateful to have found these guys (shout out to YELP). I already have another job coming up that I will be using Bay Breeze for. Five stars for this company.
