I found myself on a family trip in Cape Charles, VA without contacts and with a pair of broken glasses, an unideal scenario. As I was a few hundred miles from home, Virginia Beach Family Eyecare saved the weekend by having a box of my contact lenses in stock that day. They are one of the few places for 35 + miles around that actually stocks boxes contacts in store and is open on weekends, a holiday weekend no less. I am very satisfied with the customer service and the sale and the woman working the front desk on Saturday 8/30 was very sweet and sympathetic. Highly recommend!
One of the best in this area. I followed Dr Cheung from town center to his newer location on Shore Drive. He has fast (open) appts and I love how he teaches his patients w/drawings and examples. He is patient and kind. Two years ago I was getting married and his office staff helped me out in a last minute eye emergency! I couldn’t thank them enough. They went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of 2 days before my wedding. The staff continues to provide great customer service. I have even brought my husband along and he is. Is a patient. My son is next in line (smile)
Dr. Cheung is funny, knowledgeable, charismatic and down to earth. My boys (who are now adults) and I have been clients for almost 10 years. We won't see anybody else. I enjoy our visits. And check-ins and other customer service is handled professionally.
