I came in on the morning of the first day of their new "system". Not sure of their past performance, but even with new system hang ups, everything went smoothly! I needed medical attention, and I got it, quickly. Everyone was polite and doing their individual jobs. Only reason not a five star, when checking in you first use a kiosk, well, standing there waiting, and reading, and figuring out the kiosk, my leg started hurting and there is no place/way to sit and continue with the sign in process (however they did offer assistance though).
Jenny was so caring and helpful. It's not often the doctor or nurse practitioner will jump in and do the vitals and everything. Jenny did and she was great. What a wonderful team member to have working for Velocity.
Dr. Tran was very professional and kind. He made me feel comfortable and walked me through the process step by step. He even checked on me during the process to ensure I was good. I am very grateful!
