Amazing and unbeatable school. Hands down the best Martial Arts program in the region for both children and adults. The owners are patient, welcoming and supportive. Stop in, they will take care of you.
Great people and a great training environment. I'm in the military and my schedule does not permit martial arts training at the moment, but I will be coming back as soon as I possibly can. I highly recommend this gym to military service members. There are a lot of service members who train here :)
Excellent dojo in Virginia Beach--nowhere better to train judo. If you are a wrestler or into BJJ--you need to check out this school. Amazing adult (Tuesday/Thursday 630-730pm and Saturday 1130-1230pm) and kid's classes (Tuesday/Thursday 530-630pm and Saturday 1030-1130). Beginners and advanced students perform well and you can learn from National level competitors at a very reasonable price in a welcoming atmosphere.
