Not sure of their past performance, but even with new system hang ups, everything went smoothly! I needed medical attention, and I got it, quickly. Everyone was polite and doing their individual jobs. Only reason not a five star, when checking in you first use a kiosk, well, standing there waiting, and reading, and figuring out the kiosk, my leg started hurting and there is no place/way to sit and continue with the sign in process (however they did offer assistance though).“
