Universal Duct Cleaning Technician, Mr. Jacob Barefoot, was absolutely phenomenal when completing the duct and vent cleaning tasks at my residence! He even showed me what was extracted, which was a real eye-opener. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of his work and the professionalism he displayed. My wife and I couldn't give enough praise in how much of an amazing first experience with Universal Duct Cleaning. My wife was especially excited to see how first interaction was with Jimmy, who came by for our consultation visit to discuss a game plan as well as how they quote. The first impression was key for My wife how he introduced himself but more importantly before entering our home he put on his shoe covers over his shoes to protect our new flooring, without even asking. Then when Jacob our tech came to perform the work he did the same and gave me the game plan for taking care of us. Universal Duct Cleaning came out and provided a great service cleaning out my duct system. I liked the fact that they sanitized my duct lines after cleaning them out. Highly recommend!
