I have a very old house in Norfolk with a difficult plumbing system, to say the least.I spend over $500 with another company & STILL had issues. JR with Unique plumbing came out today & not only fixed the problem; he gave me helpful hints about how to prevent further issues. He was on time & respectful. Quality of work is definitely great, but he always seems very grumpy and is not a pleasure to be around. Was glad when the work was completed and he was gone. Also, he's not very good at cleaning up after himself. My friend went through a contractor that also used him, and his story was the same as mine.
