True Pilates is a beautiful studio with state-of-the-art equipment. Brenna is a kind and thoughtful instructor who makes Pilates approachable to all fitness levels. Also, happily pleased True Pilates was one of the first studios in the area to offer virtual classes. Love your innovative and positive spirit, Brenna!
I may be biased, but she is an amazing person as well as an amazing Pilates Instructor. Besides that she’s taught and trained many of the area instructors to where they are today.
