Jessa is a MIRACLE WORKER. Correcting someone else's mess is challenging. She turned my hair around from looking dull to vibrant. She took the time to assess the damage and discussed in detail what she recommended to give life back to my hair. Was highly recommended by a friend, and now I will do the same. I have used Wendy with Trends for over a year now and couldn't be happier. For years, YEARS, I would go to very pricey upscale salons and walk out with decent looking hair but not what I wanted!! Wendy puts you first as the client and gives you exactly what you ask for, or at least manages your expectation (ie: you can't get this blonde today bc it would highly damage your hair, but let's work towards this goal). What I Iove as well is how affordable and FAIR Wendy is with her pricing- I've been ripped off so badly before I've paid more than $300 for a color and almost died right there at the counter in disbelief, but Wendy is very fair with her pricing. Jessica also works at Trends and has done my hair when Wendy was unavailable and I love Jessica as well - very similar working style to Wendy - friendly and nice and puts the client FIRST! There's nothing I hate more than when a hair stylist rushes through your hair or works on 4 people at once- neither Wendy nor Jessica do that! Their assistant Kassy is great as well! I highly recommend these two and will continue to use Wendy for years to come. :-)
