Dr. Santos is my dentist. She goes out of her way to help me. She explains things well and is very sensitive to my feelings. I have an extreme phobia with dentists and she gives me something to take before any dental work so I am more comfortable. I can listen to music through my headphones while she is working on my teeth. She is also very willing to work with you. She really cares. I am very fortunate to have found her. I recommend her 100%.
This place is so friendly and inviting! All of the staff is pleasant and efficient. I was taken back right on time, all of my questions were answered and I left feeling optimistic about my care plan and my wallet. I really appreciate how they took the time to explain to me the cause of some issues and suggested ways to avoid/fix it and left all the choices completely up to me. I won't be going anywhere else while I remain in the area!
Smille by Design gives excellent dental service. I always avoided the dentist in the past because of rough experiences as a kid. But Smile by Design is a cut above the rest and helps you feel relaxed and I didnt experience the pain i did with other dental practices. Dr. Squire of Smile by Design is the best dentist Ive ever visited. She is very good at explaining the process and keeping the pain to a minimum if any at all. Their staff is very helpful too...my hygenist was very knowledgeable and thorough and they are always friendly. I highly recommend Smile by Design.
