“Hands down, best place to get all of your alteration needs! Was a bridesmaid and needed to get my dress altered. I was honestly thinking that I wasn't going to feel beautiful in it - only because I just knew the dress wasn't flattering and Merilyn could easily tell from the look on my face that I didnt feel happy in it. She told me that even though I wasn't a fan of the dress, she still wanted to make me feel beautiful in it & spoiler alert: she did just that! I had my final fitting 2 days before I flew out for CA and it fit me so well! Pricing was very reasonable, especially since I only had 3 weeks before the wedding. Ladies did an amazing job and I couldn't be anymore happier. Thank you so much!“
“I have used Supreme for dry cleaning and alterations. Always quality work and great customer service!“
“Joann did a tremendous job sewing part of my ceiling for my 1968 Ford. I know this is something she doesn’t normally do, but I really appreciate her and her sewing skills and helping me out last minute. I’m an active duty service. I appreciate her work and for helping me out. I were 100% coming back for any sewing or stitching. I need done for my clothes.“
“I'll have to revisit this review in a few days (after I pick up my garment). But, it seems like a nice place, and has a great many positive reviews!“
“Professional, kind, and excellent workmanship. I took a pair of Lane Bryant wide-leg, linen blend pants to have hemmed... they were dragging on the ground something fierce, and I didn't want to wear heels in them. I came in on a Tuesday and told the seamstress what I needed; she had me try on the pants and pinned them where they needed hemming. I told her I needed them by the following Monday. No problem! The workmanship was great, and I now have a comfortable pair of linen blend wide-leg pants that go with just about everything I own. Thank you, JJ Tailoring!“
“I have been utilizing her business since the mid 90's to the present. I have been taking all my civilian clothes, military and law enforcement uniforms. Very Very satisfied with her quality of work, price and speedy services. So thankful to her business in area.“
“They are the absolute sweetest and were so helpful and affordable with all my clothing over the years“
“I highly recommend Harbison for tailoring and embroidering. They've done a lot of work for me in recent years. Very fair pricing, quality work, quick turn around. I don't go anywhere else. Such nice people that work there too!“
“Needed to get a patch sewn on my uniform, had it done within an hour and didn't charge an arm and a leg to get it done“
“The most professional, quality tailor's I have ever experienced. Here out of town for my son's wedding and needed next day hemming. The place is spotless, they noticed that my shoulders also needed adjusting, and the dress was ready with wrinkles steamed out.“
“Had some hemming done to my wife's pants and they were cut precisely as how it was measured. It took a week to process which might seem long compared to how it is from my country, the Philippines, but it might simply be how services are in the US. Good expereince overall.“
“My family and I have been going here for 30 years. She is so talented and timely. We adore her! I live in Richmond now, but I wait to bring any clothes I need altering for when I visit VB because she’s the best!!“
“I had a jacket and a fleece lined sweatshirt/hoodie with broken off teeth on the zippers, that still looked like new so I brought them to QW. She replaced them both with matching ones, and they both look and work like brand new again. Can't even tell anything was replaced. The inner flap in the jacket was no problem at all. It did cost ten dollars more because of the extra work to remove and replace them, which was understandable, and I am very pleased with the result. The price to R&R the sweatshirt/hoodie zippers was a bit higher than expected since there was nothing fancy about how they are hemmed into it, but you get a high quality job, which means a lot when the clothing you need repaired are some of your favorite (better quality) clothes that you can't find anywhere now for realistic and/or reasonable prices. (Which is why I chose to have them both fixed) She is extremely nice and pleasant to do business with also. I would definitely use QW Alterations again.“
“Mrs. Kim is tip notch. I have been coming here of and on for 20 years and she has never disappointed. I love her professionalism, her beautiful spirit, and most of all her workmanship. She is always on point and her prices have always been affordable. Honestly, she should be charging more but she doesn't. Check her out if you want a tip knotch seamstress. Don't let the small shop full you. You will not be disappointed.“
“Courthouse Albano's is great. David is always pleasant and willing to help in any way he can. It's a pleasure to do business with them.“
