I reached out to Alex at ProTouch about cleaning our carpets, stairs, and high traffic hallway. We also have an older dog and wanted to spot treat areas with their pet solution. He was very responsive and did an excellent job! Our carpets look and smell great! We will definitely be using him again.

Despite the technician’s modest promise to make my carpet look good rather than new, my carpet genuinely looks brand new!
