I usually don't write reviews. most companies lost the "customer service" aspect of their business. But with Ocean and his crew at Premium Auto Films I had to give my two cents. Ocean still has the old school customer service mentality of making sure the customer is happy. I had my 2021 Honda Ridgeline front wrapped and completely ceramic coated; not a cheap venture. about a month after it was done the hood wrap somehow got nicked and damaged the wrap. I called Premium Auto Films they told me to come in which I did. Ocean look at my vehicle, explained that the wraps don't guarantee it wont get nicked if it's hit hard enough but without question agreed to redo the wrap, ceramic coat and repair the paint where the nick was. We set a time two weeks later and I Ocean and his team were as good as their word. Thanks guys for taking care of my baby and restore my faith that there is still some customer service in this world!
