This gym is very clean and the staff seems to take pride in where they work. This location has a quick turn around to fix broken equipment and having them back up quickly. More than I can say for other locations.

The staff is friendly, and the gym, including the bathrooms and locker rooms, is consistently well maintained . As long as these standards are upheld, I will gladly continue to return.

Ryan is an amazing trainer. This planet fitness is blessed to have him. He has changed my life actually Ryan is knowledgeable, hard working and treats everyone with respect. Everyone in the staff at Planet Fitness in Kempsville is very friendly and the gym is the cleanest I have been. I enjoy this gym so much. Worth every penny
