The company is and straight forward with a good staff to work with. They have been very flexible in accommodating my schedule with my day job which sends me to school out of state from time to time.

I currently work here as a Area Supervisor And I love it. The people are great. The Owners work closely with us. They're always trying to make our job as easy as possible. And lots of room for advancement.

While being a full time employee elsewhere I was looking for a part time position as well. I applied for work with OnPoint and the HR staff worked to provide me with a position that fit my current work schedule while allowing me the time off that I need. The application, interview and background process was seamless. The position I had applied for required a more extensive background check as well as various other requirements and the HR staff was very helpful throughout the entire process.
