Our daughter is mentally challenged so I (her mother) brought Kelly into NowCare. Checking in was easy because she is a patient of Dr. Seth Greenberg and they are all associated with Bayside Medical. The parking lot was almost empty and we were the only patients in the waiting room. After 20min, asked if the doctor had arrived and was told 'she' was on her lunch break but would be down soon. The receptionist talked to the nurse who brought us back to get a urine specimen and vitals. We waited another 15min in an exam room. The doctor arrived, didn't touch her but stated her urine showed infection and told us she would call in an antibiotic and Pyridium.... read full review

Treated for a severe case of poison ivy, Dr. Li provided a quick diagnosis, issued the appropriate medications and prescriptions to remedy the problem. Minimal wait time for an out of state traveler was also a benefit.

The receptionist told me that it would be a longer wait time than usual, however it wasn’t no longer than 15 minutes, that was great! The nurse and the physician was very nice and knowledgeable, they took time to listen to my concerns and took the proper steps to rule out certain things, they didn’t rush me out, prescriptions was sent to the pharmacy and 2 days later I’m feeling better. I definitely recommend this place
