I recommended reboot to several fellow service members because of their advertised whole person approach to mental health services. The process starts out well, and then therapists seem to leave or be reassigned quite frequently at this location, not sure if that is an industry norm but it is not conforting when you are seeking continuity of service. They have been closed during their scheduled operating hours if you are trying to stop by their office to conduct business. And it is sometimes difficult to reach them by phone. Very happy I found this place. I'm a new patient and the practice is like a breath of fresh air compared to some others I've been to in the past. Super friendly staff and comfortable environment.
Courtney Williams is the only reason I come to this place. They NEVER answer the phone. It's insane I can't book appointments online, but I can't get through to anyone to book an appointment either. Just poor business, I'll change my rating once they actually start answering the phone. Also, don't get me started on their voicemail system, its \"confidential.\" Now, I have left numerous voicemails and had none of them returned. Confidential? Sure, they never check the thing or call you back anyway. I'm about to be sick of this place. Why is your customer service so poor?
