Outstanding service!
AC went out during the night. Mr. Comfort worked us in the next day. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and effected a repair. Wonderful customer service from the person taking my call to the repair. Quick and easy payment on-line.
Only recommendation would be to use shoe covers.

Well, you call Mr. Comfort! The time it took from the initial call to the whole system being up and running again was exactly 1hr and 10 minutes. Now that is superior service! I would like to commend my technician, Chris, for his expertise and professionalism, and his reassuring manner as he diagnosed and fixed the problem.
