They are always polite and professional. They've taken the time to know my personal preferences without me having to explain each visit. They also recognize my brothers and I separately and take the time to ask how each is doing when one of us is missing.

I called at 7:55pm and asked if they had space for two pedicures this evening . They said absolutely and we walked in 5 after 8 . They close at 8 ... very kind of them to take us despite their hours and with a storm coming no less . We were ushered in and set down right away . They were very attentive and it was super peaceful . No rush through to get out or anything . Really enjoyed our experience!

I've been to plenty of nail salons but Lovely Nails is by far my fave. Every time I come, they take great care of my nails and eye brows. Quick and very great service! I won't go anywhere else. Mr. Lam, the owner, did amazing on me tonight!
