Had a great deep tissue lower body session today w/ Rex. I'm training for a marathon in December and clearly needed his help to provide relief and free up my muscles. Drinking lots of water, and looking forward to being pain free soon!
I've been super impressed since coming here. I've ended up working with Chris the most but the other two therapists I tried were also lovely! I love that every therapist is allowed to do massage their way and the clients definitely benefit from it! Chris definitely wrecks me but in the good way, we've made a lot of progress in some of my chronic pain issues that my old massage therapists couldn't get through. Also everyone is very careful about proper draping (probably the most I've ever experienced) which makes it a lot more comfortable to have them work on those really painful spots. Recently got a massage from Rex. He was extremely attentive and allowed me to thoroughly explain all the ailments my body was experiencing. He actively listened and explained to me what needed to be done and how frequently I would need to come to really reap the benefits. Being a weightlifter/powerlifter for nearly a decade now, I have experienced tons of muscular pain. But, Rex knew EXACTLY what was needed and got the job done. He has such a welcoming personality and will always make you feel taken care of!!
