He targets your problem areas with precision, and gives you tips on how to alleviate tension at home. I scheduled a visit with Keith at the request of my chiropractor. I had not been sleeping well since a friend passed away and there was so much tension in my neck. Keith is very kind and compassionate. Not only were his massage techniques on point with my needs, he was very considerate of my grief. He explained the connections between body, spirit and stress and how they can trigger discomfort in different ways. He even gave me tips to relieve my pain at home when it flares up.
