Keith is is one of the most knowledgeable and talented therapists I have ever experienced. I saw him because of chronic neck pain and frequent headaches. He is not just a massage professional. He targets your problem areas with precision, and gives you tips on how to alleviate tension at home. Incredibly gifted, personable, affable, kind-hearted soul who is a true healer. Saw Keith regularly when I was a denizen of the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area for two years, and he equally regularly performed top-notch sports and relaxation massage. One of the best LMTs I've ever had the pleasure of utilizing- he is skilled, knowledgeable and communicative regarding best practices for muscle self-massage, stretching maintenance and dietary/nutrition superlative choices. I scheduled a visit with Keith at the request of my chiropractor. I had not been sleeping well since a friend passed away and there was so much tension in my neck. Keith is very kind and compassionate. Not only were his massage techniques on point with my needs, he was very considerate of my grief. He explained the connections between body, spirit and stress and how they can trigger discomfort in different ways. He even gave me tips to relieve my pain at home when it flares up. Keith is really respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. He is a wonderful massage therapist and a pretty cool human.
