I started going to Images Unlimited on my sister’s recommendation. I was met by a warm, comfortable environment. After a hectic day at work, Linda and Shirley make each visit a relaxing breath of fresh air. I always look forward to Linda’s professional styling.

I drive quite some distance from Chesapeake city to have all my hair needs cared for at Images. For years I tried various hair stylists everywhere but was never satisfied with the results. My hair is very fine and the slightest blunt cut or excessive "trim" would have me hibernating until my hair grew out. I was sold on the very first visit from their friendly greetings to the precision hair styling by Linda's attentive detailing. I feel that I am well heard when I explain what I am wanting and Linda offers creative suggestions when I ask. When I injured my neck horse riding, it was Shirley's extra gentle care with how she cleaned & washed my hair completely without any discomfort. I knew I could fully trust them even when I arrived with a troubling neck. They both always deliver above my expectations leaving me so grateful to know them. Linda and staff know everything about all aspects of hair care. Linda listens but also tells you what she thinks. There have been several times when I have walked in and just said - do what you want and always end up loving it. Recently she guided me as I stopped coloring and grew my natural gray hair - I was ahead of the Covid-19 trend! I have also watched so many people come to the salon due to thinning or loosing their hair. Whether it was due to heredity, cancer or other conditions they are treated with discretion and always walk out sincerely thanking Linda and Shirley.
