Ideal Fitness…the best of the best! The workouts are challenging, the members are friendly and supportive, and the trainers are knowledgeable, helpful, and, well, the best. There is a true sense of community here and it’s such a fun place to get your workout on. I highly recommend Ideal Fitness.

Hands down one of the best workouts you will have! Whether it’s personal or group training, your goals are their priority. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and keeps the workouts fresh and very effective. As a bonus, they have created a real community feel that welcomes you and incorporates fun and creative contests to keep it light but keep you motivated. I HIGHLY recommend this gym to help you reach your fitness goals.

I joined iDeal Fitness 4 months ago. Jeff (owner), the trainers, and the members offer a great, welcoming environment. I've lost some weight and feel better than I have in years.
