This was my first issue with the AC since I started using this company. Of course it happened after hours and on a Friday. So at 12:40 AM I put a call in since my AC stopped working and I discovered this when I got home from work. Within 10 minutes to my surprise Brian called me back to see what was going on. I briefly explained the situation and he said he would be out. I was so surprised. I told him No, it was late, would be difficult to see much and asked if he could possibly come out Saturday? Highly recommend! Our AC went out on a very hot evening and they were able to get us scheduled within a few hours and had Brian out to solve the problem. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and got us taken care of quickly. All for a pretty reasonable price. Highly recommend!
Kevin Reyna was my tech and he was excellent and very knowledgeable and was able to find the problem within mins to get my system back up and running. I was recommended Guy Smith by a friend and they did not disappoint.
