These folks are great to work with. We use them to clean and service our gas log fireplace each year. They are reasonably priced and have gone above and beyond to make sure they keep the space clean and educate on the use of our system. Pro tip: book early in the fall, they get busy very fast.

We bought a new natural gas log set from Ray Johnson’s Fireplace and they recommended Gas Log Speciality as the best installers. We contacted them the next day and agreed on a date/time to do the install. They sent two very professional installers. These guys were friendly, efficient and willing to answer numerous questions that we had about taking care of the unit, how to effectively use the remote (we didn’t have one with the old set), and their recommendations on settings. The fireplace is a big improvement over the set we replaced…and it looks great! We highly recommend both of these companies if you’re looking at gas fireplaces!

Techs installed new fire logs today. Super efficient and friendly. Caleb and Quinn were exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to answer all questions. Extremely pleasant from the moment they arrived until completion.
