I called and explained my AC was out and withing 1 hr. a friendly, knowledgeable worker showed up at my door. Had the AC running in less than an hour. Did not over charge and was very good about explaining everything he was doing. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing AC repair.
Blessed to have Wyatt come out for HVAC / Leak concerns and repair - exceptional service and very knowledgeable. Will be working with Galactic Air for all HVAC concerns, highly recommended.
We are very pleased with Galactic Air and Rob S. was incredibly responsive with our issues and concerns. After we approve the estimate, the technicians did the assessment and measurements. The following day, work began and was completed in one day with impressive results. Brian, Cody and Wyatt were very professional, efficient and tidy. We highly recommend Rob and his technicians and will definitely have them for another install of our upper floor unit.
