I plan on using the service on Monday. Will follow up with this review after completed.Did a decent job. They had a add on fee to remove a spot. Otherwise, they did an above average service.

The young boy who did my carpet charged me more than what i was told over the phone. He rolled his eyes at my husband and myself and refused to say anything. You can smell alcohol on him from the previous night. When spraying chemicals he got it all over my personal belongings. He can care less about this job or what the carpets look like. Very rude Manager as well. He also did not care about how we were treated by his employee.Service: General carpet cleaning

I booked fresh cleaners va beach. They didn’t arrive to the first appointment nor did I receive a phone call or any notification as to why they wouldn’t be showing up. I had to call multiple times and leave several voice messages for someone to finally return my call and tell me that the truck had broken down. I rebooked with them against my better judgment, but the prices couldn’t be beat and the reviews were great. At the next appointment the technician showed up 23 minutes after the scheduled 2 hour window. The technician was NOT from fresh cleaners va beach but Master Cleaners.
