I’ve seen several wax specialists here and Makeia is by far the best! I’ve been getting waxed since 2010 and she’s probably the best waxer I’ve ever had across 3 different states.
Olivia was kind and welcoming. She had a calming voice and ease of conversation, which for me helps get through the situation. She took her time and I didn’t feel like she was rushing and just trying get it finished. The experience was the best I’ve had so far out of my 3 waxing visits, 2 at this location. Waxing is painful and she did her very best to ease that as much as possible, along with making me feel as though my reactions were not unfounded. I yelped a few times and she made light of it all, helping ease the tension. Being in such a personal, intimate area, it isn’t a comfortable position to be in but Olivia was very sweet, down to earth but also very professional!...read full review
