Fantastic facial, I have been here twice and each time I left feeling so clean and well rested. It has been a great visit and experience each time. Highly recommend going here for your monthly facials.
I tried Esme because a friend of mine referred me to this business, and they referred me to Rachel Son specifically. As a man, it was my first time receiving a facial/beauty services, so it was a new experience. I only got two facials at Esme, but I was very pleased each time, so I highly recommend them to anyone in Norfolk/VB. Rachel is very knowledgeable and professional, and my skin looked and felt great each time I left their studio. Their prices are reasonable, and the studio itself is very clean and well equipped. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for good quality facial/beauty services.
I have been to Esme a few times for facials and to buy products. The other day, though, I signed up for a "Korean Detox Facial" with Hydrofacial add on. When I went the office was clean(it is always very clean there). Kim took care of me. She did an AMAZING job ! I've only ever done appointments with Rachel before so i was nervous to try someone new but I am so glad I did. She made me feel extremely comfortable and was very easy to talk to. She was also very knowledgeable on all things skin and was very sweet. After the treatment my skin was GLOWING and it looked so nice. I am so glad I went and got this treatment done.
