We contracted Home Care VB when my mom needed someone to install a storm door. Ashlee responded to my inquiry within an hour, went to mom's the next day to see what was needed, and was able to get Justin out the next day (Sunday). Response time clearly exceeded all expectations and the project was completed in record time. Justin even set up my mom's new umbrella while he was there. My mom is so thrilled with her new outdoor living extension. Her feedback... Justin was very polite, respectful, and a very good worker who does very good work. We had a leak in our bathroom in the wall behind the vanity. Another company quoted us a price of almost $700 to repair the leak without repairing the wall they would have to take out and other companies said it would be several days before they could come out for the estimate. Ashlee at Home Care replied to my quote request quickly and maintained prompt and proactive contact throughout the process. She came out the next day with her plumber for the estimate, which was charged by the hour and much cheaper than I was expecting, and scheduled the service for two days later.
