We had a new heat pump installed in oir home in 1998, after 1 hear we desided heat pumps were a joke. Edward's Mechanical came and did an inspection and were able to make it work better but it was not large enough for our home. When it broke we called Edwards Mechanical to replace it with correct unit and cannot be more pleased. Oir heating costs were cit in half and the house is actually confortable! A few weeks ago my refrigerator brike and instead of looking for a new 1 i called Edward's. He knew by our phone conversation what was broke. Ordered the part and fixed it! I am so pleased, heating and air AND refrigerators!! Al's the best!
The technician was prompt,professional,and did not overcharge me. He gladly showed me how everything worked. And even though my boiler was old he did not try to influence me for a new buy. He seemed very trustworthy and I would definitely call him again if I have an issue.
