Had an excellent time there just these past few weeks. Was in town to help my cousin move into the area, and I couldn't leave my pup at home due to separation anxiety. I liked having access to the webcam and being able to see that any time day camp was going on, there was a person in the room to supervise. He was a bit clingy with the room teacher, but they treated him wonderfully (I felt so bad, he barked so much but they didn't seem to mind!!). I saved a clip of him playing with a cute lab puppy and shared it with my family during dinner, we all got a good laugh out of it. A great place to leave your dog while you're away or at work. My dog is usually very nervous about new places, but he was welcomed so warmly, and looks forward to his trips here. It's RIGHT next to a free parking garage, which is incredibly convenient for drop offs and pick ups. The staff are very kind, and seem to love what they do.
Was in town for a vacation and was in a pinch due to staying at a “pet friendly” hotel that had an unposted pet policy that I cannot leave the pet unattended in the room even in his crate. I’ve traveled with pets in the past. Never had an issue like this.
I called to get my 11 month old pup in for daycare. They graciously fit us in for an evaluation. Our pup is very timid and nervous. Unfortunately he did not pass the evaluation but we were given advice on things to do for future.
I wish things could have worked out but it’s great that they do take the time to vet the animals to make sure all will be ok.
