Before I met Drew my workout routine was strictly cardio. Gym equipment was intimidating, so Pinterest and women's health magazines workouts was all I did. I felt like everything I was doing wasn't effective so I finally decided I needed some guidance. I met Drew at Total access fitness. We had a sit down consultation and we discussed goals.
