Good company to work with. Keith called to reschedule and was on time for the later appointment. He understood what we needed and quickly gave us an estimate and then a projected date for the windows to be installed. Have used Custom Home Improvements before and would highly recommend.
I would like to say THANK YOU to Antonio, for coming out today to fix my roof leak! He was very customer oriented and identified my issue immediately and made the repair, professionally! A very knowledgable young man with a bright future! I would highly recommend his services to anyone in the Hampton Roads area. I also give a much needed THANK YOU to Kimberly as well! Extremely friendly and professional individual. She didn't have to go out of her way to help and did anyway. This is the epitome of top notch customer service! Thank you both for the assist.
May - June 2017 & 2024 update
I had my roof, gutters & trim replaced and I have to say that I didn't have the greatest experience after the new roof was installed. The trim and gutters were still left to be done & I don't know what happened to CHI but there was a serious breakdown in communication on their part. Still waiting for work on my home to be completed, CHI forgot about me. Week after week my frustration grew to a point where I was just completely angry. It didn't help that I was also about to loose my grandmother, so I rated them only 2 stars.
