Coradi Contracting is the extremely rare example of a company that actually provides old world craftsmanship at an extremely reasonable price. We had our shower remodeled —a project that took approximately two weeks. During the project we had access to an app that provided a detailed schedule and description of the work they were doing on each day. There were two crews. The first crew renovated the infrastructure and were true craftsmen. CJ, Bruce and the other CJ —came at exactly the time they said they would. They were extraordinarily polite and considerate of our needs. And on each day they were here, they cleaned the entire space spotlessly before they left. The second crew —Mick and his assistant Enri did the tile work and made the project a beautiful piece of art. Mick is a true artisan! We heartily recommend Coradi Contracting who did all this for half the price we’d been quoted by others! 10 stars!“

“Hometown remodeling helped me out of a tight spot with the city, my home is on the older side and I inherited it from my father with little to no work done on it so it needed quite a bit of help . Jake and Jake (Jacob) did all the wood work around my house and covered it so everything is protected for the future , it looks amazing and they managed to do it so quickly even though it was really hot . When we had our gutters replaced they also had Robby ( Robert) place up some shingles I had bought up so it looked better and he was really quick about it I barely noticed they were there and then it was done . Thank you all so much for the help my brothers and I really do appreciate it. We will be using this company again for any future issues with our elder house. Oh! “From the owner, Tommy ******, through all of the staff who worked on our kitchen remodeling, we could not have asked for a better group of gentlemen.\nTommy ****** acted as the Contract Manager, and coordinated not only his staff, but the companies involved/needed to make our kitchen remodeling a success (plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring, tile work, electrical, brickmason, guttering), as well as recommending a landscaper. This process took a total of 8 weeks due to some unexpected plumbing (aging pipe replacements) and cabinet part delivery delays. During that time, he mapped out every step of the process(es), kept us informed, and explained what was occurring. Even for those unexpected and unplanned events, he showed us details, explained the correct resolution and proceeded as planned.\nHe and his staff performed work as outlined in his proposal, including protecting other rooms, and at the end of the work day, cleaned the work area. The trailer he bought in helped to keep our home debris free.\nHis ability to work directly with other staff required in a professional manner allowed us to be able to feel at ease.\nTommy's tenacity, integrity, and skillets are impeccable, as well as those of his staff. We looked forward to seeing his team (and others) daily. His communication with us kept me assured constantly. If I asked a question, he made sure I understood before moving forward. “Two years ago, a storm damaged part of our oceanfront home. We reached out to Restoration Exteriors based upon online reviews and other references. RE was quick to show up; give a reasonable quote; and then take on the job. Their customer service was fantastic and the job they did was even better. Clearly years of experience attributed to quality work, that will hold for a long time.

The quality work on that small siding job was what lead us to call them again. What we thought was a small leak from a deck into a bedroom manifested itself into a much larger job of replacing more siding and an entire deck. For the second time, Restoration Exteriors was quick to arrive and provide an estimate. Not only did they find the cause and then provide a solution for the leak but they also inspected other parts of the house that had the risk of further issues based upon the original build of the home.

RE, took care to provide a long-lasting solution; build to top quality; and get the job done as quickly as possible. There was thorough follow up done to ensure that we were 100% satisfied. We had no plans to invest in this unplanned house need but it was a great investment that returned value and safety to our home. And while I hope I don't need to use them in the near future, they will be the first that I will call if needed. I highly recommend them if you need a quality job done. Their siding and deck construction teams do super work. I am confident that the job that they did will endure a long time.“

“We had PLS renovate our entire kitchen, bar area and office space. They did an amazing job and were more reasonable with pricing than any other company we had got quotes from. Most contractors we had dealt with didn’t show up on time or at all but Zach was reliable and communicated above and beyond throughout the whole renovation. Zach was professional, did great work, cleaned up each day and was able to accommodate nit picky requests. Only regret we have is that we wish we would’ve had them to renovate our bathrooms years ago!“

“Fantastic work! Our older but "new-to-us" house had an installed sprinkler system that had some problems. Noel & son were able to quickly repair a broken line that was buried underneath a patchwork of other sprinkler lines & electrical lines. Also expertly replaced sprinkler heads in the yard. They are now my "go to" yard folks...not only for sprinklers, but also for other irrigation and aeration work. Very reasonably priced as well. They came very highly recommended and they did not disappoint!!“
